This record was originally titled "Open Heart Orgy" to coincide with the 4-song EP cassette by the same name. In later pressings the 7" was re-titled "Undress Your Barbie Doll" after the A-side track. The B-side was "Fractures". "Somewhere Between Love and Murder" and "Drain" only appeared on the EP cassette. "Undress Your Barbie Doll" opens with an audio sample from the 1974 Andy Warhol film "Blood For Dracula" which was the inspiration for the lyrics. The cover photo was taken by Meishel DeSouto.
